There is a chance of slight black spots/uneven pinhole glaze in the process of ceramic production, which is a normal phenomenon, not a flaw or a quality problem, but the result of natural raw materials and manual operation. Ceramics from raw porcelain clay enamel to firing need to go through dozens of processes and are manual operations, unlike one-time molding glass, stainless steel, plastic and other materials can tend to be flawless. If you like the diversity of ceramics, please accept the natural properties of this material, thank you for your understanding!

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item has arrived broken then I can issue a refund or send out a replacement. In that case, you must contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos of it in the original packaging.

International orders can be expected to arrive within 2-4 weeks on average, sometimes less time, sometmes more.Any overcharges on shipping will be refunded for both national and international orders.
All international orders have carrier calculated shipping for the best possible international shipping rate! Prices usually start out a little higher, but the price goes up less as you start adding more items. Ordering in bulk is the best option for international shipping. 
Once the package leaves me and goes into the hands of the carrier I am not in control of how long the package takes to get to it’s location. I am not liable for delayed, lost, or stolen mail. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number in an email. Make sure someone is home on the designated day of arrival to ensure your package does not get stolen.
